IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, once we have sent you the order confirmation email this cannot be modified or cancelled. All items are made-to-order: Which means all materials are sourced for that one piece.
However if there are any issues, please contact us here and we will advise accordingly.
We offer our customers a 3-
day return policy from the date of delivery. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift. Please do read the general terms & conditions under paragraph 'Right of withdrawal' regarding cancellation and refund.

Payment can be made by credit/ debit cards and Paypal.
The credit cards currently accepted are: American Express, Bancontact (BE), Carte Bancaire (FR), Diners Club, Sofortüberweisung (AT, BE, CH, DE), Discover, iDEAL (NL), JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa.
Please note that additional payment authentication may be required by your card issuer such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and AMEX SafeKey.
We suggest you to use the correct billing address details that exactly match the information on your credit card statement.
CAN I INSERT MY VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER?
No, unfortunately you are not allowed to insert your VAT number. Orders are supposed to be placed by private clients. For queries and bigger projects an invoice can be made, with communication via e-mail.
