DOES HAIBONSAU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
We aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality products. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we offer our customers a 3-day free return policy from the date of delivery. You can use the services of another courier at your own expense. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift. Purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods, worn and personalised products cannot be returned.
CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED PRODUCT?
Considering the nature of personalised items, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be returned or exchanged. This in no way changes the customer’s rights in accordance with law. The amount will be charged at the time of the order, shortly after, and always prior to shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once Haibonsau has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by email. Refunds may only be issued via the original payment used. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund time frame depends on the bank, but is approximately 7 working days. If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. However, if only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded (if paid).
